Photographic Styles (By Aspect Ratio)

Aspect Ratio

The aspect ratio of an image describes the proportional relationship between its width and its height.

Photographic Styles (By Background Style)

The background style of a professional portrait describes what will be visible in the background of the portrait.

Interior

This background style showcases the interior of a particular room or office.

Window

This background style showcases the view or skyline that is visible through a window.

Studio

This background style focuses on the individual and has a solid color background. The color is typically in line with the law firm’s brand.

Photographic Styles (By Cropping)

Cropping is the removal of the outer parts of an image to improve framing, accentuate subject matter or change aspect ratio.

Photographic Styles (By Subject Interaction)

Subject Interaction shots are more interactive than normal portraits, as they show the subject involved in an interaction. These shots can show an individual having a conversation, working on something or something similar.

Looking In Camera

This type of subject interaction focuses on an individual as if the camera were looking over the shoulder of another person that they were interacting with.

This type of subject interaction can focus on an individual involved in an interaction in other angles.
