2. PROJECT PHASE
For legal portraits, your lawyers will be able to select a 15-minute window that best fits their schedule.

Admins will be able to reschedule or change appointment times if client work comes up and interferes with the initial portrait appointment. Additionally, prior to the lawyer’s appointment, the platform will email a reminder and provide information on how to prepare for the photo shoot.
Our system also serves as a single point-of-entry for our primary client contacts to see who has or has not scheduled an appointment, allowing for follow-ups if needed.
GittingsLegal manages all photography sessions across all law firm office locations. This includes remote monitoring and quality checks at multiple points throughout the process to ensure the portraits and other photography aligns with the standards set during the Planning Phase.
During each session, our photographers go the extra mile by helping to straighten ties, smooth wrinkles in clothing, or add light makeup to ensure every lawyer looks their best. Our photographers will also take a few test shots of every lawyer to see what their preference is before moving forward with the photo shoot.
Project Status Reports
GittingsLegal uses a secure cloud-based tool to catalog photos in real-time. Your dedicated PM will update you with status reports as a way to provide peace-of-mind that schedules are adhered to and high-quality portraits are obtained.
