At GittingsLegal, our global team of photographers follows a detailed end-to-end process designed to deliver high-quality and consistent law firm photography.
Partnering with GittingsLegal helps alleviate the stress and inefficiencies associated with a multiple-office photography project. Each law firm is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for all communication and coordination of project details.
You’ll have a single point of contact throughout the entire scope, but our global team is working together to go above and beyond your expectations.
After studying the new law firm website, image design concept, and reviewing the office layout, the GittingsLegal team sets up a pilot photography session which helps our clients see how the new website design concept will look with portraits of their own attorneys in their own office location.
Based on the approved look achieved during the pilot session, GittingsLegal documents the ideal lens choice, lighting position, attorney positioning, framing, and cropping required to deliver a high-quality look that’s consistent across all law firm office locations.
All clients are assigned a dedicated Project Manager (PM) who is responsible for managing the communication, timeline, and logistics for every photo shoot across all law firm locations. The PM works with each office location to determine the best possible timeframe to photograph your attorneys.
We also take into consideration sunrise/sunset times for your various office locations when proposing a schedule, to make the most of natural lighting.
GittingsLegal is proud to offer one of the only online scheduling platforms in the industry.
For attorney portraits, your attorneys will be able to select a 15-minute window that best fits their schedule.
Admins will be able to reschedule or change appointment times if client work comes up and interferes with the initial portrait appointment.
Prior to their appointment, the platform will email a reminder and provide information on how to prepare for their photo shoot.
The system also serves as a single point-of-entry for our primary client contacts to see who has or has not scheduled an appointment so additional follow-ups can be made.
GittingsLegal manages all photography sessions across all law firm office locations. This includes remote monitoring and quality checks at multiple points throughout the process to ensure the portraits and other photography aligns with the standards set during the Planning Phase.
During each session, our photographers go the extra mile by helping to straighten ties, smooth wrinkles in clothing, or add light makeup to ensure every attorney looks their best. Our photographers will also take a few test shots of every attorney to see what their preference is before moving forward with the photoshoot.
GittingsLegal uses a secure cloud-based tool to catalog photos in real-time.
Your dedicated Project Manager will update you with status reports as a way to provide peace of mind that schedules are being kept and high-quality portraits are being obtained.
As each attorney finishes their portrait session, our photographer allows them to select their favorite images and provide feedback so any necessary retouching is noted and communicated directly to our Digital Team.
Each final portrait is cropped to the various sizes identified during the Planning Phase. This typically includes the images required for the website bio section, Linkedin profile photos, and law firm press kits. We also follow the file formatting and naming sequence that works best for your firm and optimize images for SEO and website performance.
GittingsLegal then provides secure access through our cloud-based Client Portal.
GittingsLegal digitally archives and does backups of all shoots. In fact, we have preserved and maintained nearly 85 years of history in our photo library.
